- On the home page, click the deposit icon.
- Select your choice of deposit channel under Deposit.

- Click the forgot password button.
- Input your Log In name, phone number or Email address and click submit.
- Your phone number or Email address will receive a confirmation of your new password.
- Press "Go back to log in page"
- Type the new password sent to your device and login.
- Click the setting button on the upper right part of the screen.
- Click the Reset password on the Menu.
- After putting your old password, type your desired new password and confirm.
- Click submit after putting new password.
- Your password has been reset.
- Click the setting button on the upper right part of the screen.
- Click the transaction report on the Menu.
- Here you can see the total VTO of a certain game. From there you will know if you're capable of withdrawing your winnings.
